Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

Ontario Plastic Surgery Directory is an independent directory that lists plastic surgeon businesses in Ontario. We pull your basic business information (name, address, phone, website, hours, and services) from public sources. Your profile's score and review summary come from Google reviews, which we analyze using a single fixed rubric we apply the same way to every business. No business pays to be listed, and payment never affects your score or your ranking position. Fixing factual errors

If your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or the services you offer are wrong in your listing, you can request a fix. Send us the correct information and something that backs it up: your website, your Google Business Profile, or another source we can verify against. Once we confirm the correction, it stays in place even when we refresh your listing data later.

Challenging your score

Your score is calculated automatically from Google reviews using the same method for all businesses. We never hand-edit scores. If you believe your score is wrong, it means you think the input data itself is wrong. That could be your listing matched to another business's reviews, reviews credited to you that aren't yours, or a summary that misrepresents what people actually wrote. In those cases, we will re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. Requesting a dispute is not the same as asking for a higher score. If the data checks out, the score stands.

Removing your listing

We remove listings for three reasons: your business is permanently closed, your listing is a duplicate of another entry, or your business falls outside the scope of a plastic surgeon directory. We also run a verification cycle every month that finds and removes businesses that have closed since we last checked. If your listing is accurate and your business is in scope, we will decline removal and explain why plainly.

How quickly we respond

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. If we confirm a removal, we remove the listing within 7 days. If we decline a request, we tell you why.
