These terms apply to Ontario Plastic Surgery Directory, an independent directory of plastic surgeon businesses in Ontario published by Ontario Plastic Surgery Directory. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see scoring method); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What listings and scores mean

Listings and scores are information, not an endorsement or a recommendation. Business details can change faster than any directory updates, so confirm the specifics (availability, pricing, credentials, insurance) directly with a business before engaging it. We work to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

How this site earns

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.

What you may not do

The site is for finding and contacting plastic surgeon businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Ownership of content

Ontario Plastic Surgery Directory owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.

Our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontario Plastic Surgery Directory accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Applicable law

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of Canada and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms
